Loser City is taking part in Austin’s annual Free Week festivities with a show featuring Fake Four noise rap pioneers Moodie Black as well as Oddateee, Chisme and a slew of local support that includes Chief and the Doomsday Device, who is fresh from an opening slot with Public Enemy, and aggro electro-punks BLXPLTN, who may just be the Austin band to look out for in 2014.
